We went out to eat again tonight. Robin wanted to go out for Colombian food, and who are we to say no? It was delicious. I got some reading in while Christina was at dance. Right now I’m reading Once A Runner, by John Parker. He writes in my language. Otherwise just trying to stay awake and alert around here!

This is my latest knitting obsession. I did stop a couple times today and managed to do laundry and go food shopping. The girls and I also went to the gym – they played volleyball and I played basketball. I had very low expectations for my basketball abilities, but I surprised myself and made a decent number of shots. Probably missed more than I made, but made a lot that I never thought I could. And I worked up a sweat! I might need to do it more often. Probably good to switch it up from running once in a while. I picked the running pace up too hard too fast and now I’ve got this little annoying injury that feels like not enough to stop running, but enough that I probably should stop running, at least for a little while. I’m just afraid that if I stop, I won’t start back up. And I’ve come too far for that.

Tuesdays are the best. Made meatball subs for dinner, kicked everyone’s ass at Uno No Mercy all night long, and started knitting another sweater for Pinot. It’s Penn State blue, so I am on a mission to finish it before the Penn State game on Thursday. One day? While I’m working and taking people to cheer and dance? NO PROBLEM.

This is definitely a last thing before bed just to check the box photo. But I will say that my major accomplishment today was fixing an Excel spreadsheet using formulas and dropdowns and tables and URLs. For someone who only knew the “sum” function before last December, I’m impressed with myself. And I just made my life 0.01% easier. Worth it!
