Christina had her school orientation tonight. She has been complaining for months that she doesn’t want to go to this school anymore, that all her friends left, that she’s tired of it, that the middle school is terrible compared to the elementary school, that everyone hates the middle schoolers. But she went tonight and saw her friends and teachers, and everyone was so happy to see her, and she left feeling excited for the school year. Let’s hope that excitement holds up.
